ADOPTION APPLICATION

Thank you for considering the adoption of a White Rock Rescue dog! We are a 501(c)3 non-profit rescue operating in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

Adoption fees range from $350 for young dogs and $300 for adult dogs. The adoption fee includes all required vaccines, sterilization, microchip, and heartworm-flea prevention.

All applicants must be at least 25 years old. We require proof of age below.

We use this information to conduct a criminal background check. If preferred, you can upload a photo of yourself, and you will be required to text a photo of your DL during the screening process. Preference will be given to apps with a DL attached.

No pet is pefect! Please tell us which behaviors YOU ARE NOT willing or able to work through. (Check all that apply or leave blank if you have no restrictions.)
Unless WRD otherwise specifies, puppies must be sterilized at 6-months of age, and adult dogs sterilized within 60 days of adoption. Do you agree to abide by this timeline if you adopt?
Do you agree to allow us to conduct a virtual home visit as part of our adoption approval process?

  • We are unable to accept applications from applicants under the age of 25 years old.

  • We are unable to accept applications from those who are not "head of household" (live with family/friend).​
